On 24 September 2012 in Office of National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFEP&WM) took place international meeting of start-up inauguration of 23 projects, which obtained co-financing in LIFE+ programme from application recruitment in year 2011 (Regional Kick-off meeting LIFE 2011).

In the meeting took part representatives of beneficiary executing projects from Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia as well as Latvia. In the meeting took part representatives of European Committee and monitoring team ASTRALE. In the meeting took part Director of LIFE Nature Department in European Committee Environment Board – Mr. Angelo Salsi.

Kick off meeting was organized for of new beneficiary with rules of LIFE+ projects execution, in particularly with European Committee cooperation as well as monitoring team. In spite of inauguration character of the meeting, it was also occasion for information exchange on subject of currently executing LIFE+ projects as well as discussing possibilities of probable cooperation between program beneficiaries. Wide promotion of projects results and cooperation between beneficiaries are one of basic principles of LIFE+ programme.
