In October, the Lower Silesia province was organized by Poltegor-Institute, Institute of Opencast Mining open the Seminary titled: “Pyrolysis of biomass – ecological method for producing future generations of biofuels. Environmental and economic aspects and the opportunities of technology development in Poland. “, in which Beneficiary had opportunity to take a part.

The Seminary was held in Wroclaw at them. Jana Pawła II on 24th October.2013r. The patronage of this event was the Marshal of Lower Silesia province and the Polish Chamber of Biomass.

The Seminary was aimed raise awareness concerning pyrolysis of biomass and promoting the use of this technology in the context of the economic and environmental benefits. The seminary was also the first step in creating a cluster allows us to establish contacts with organizations and entities expressing interest in participating in that cluster, so the seminary was targeted at anyone interested in biomass pyrolysis technology. Each of the participating companies could present their technology, so that we had an opportunity to listen to such speeches as:

5. “Best practices in custer building an example Cluster Energy Technology Center” –
mgr Krzysztof Brzozowski, Power Technology Center, Świdnica

During the Seminary a representative of the Beneficiary FU-WI Sp. z o.o. – mgr inż. Artur Zieleniewski, who is also a specialist for the Promotion and Communication in the framework of this EU project, presented the speech titled: ” Innovative technology for thermal utilization of sewage sludge by pyrolysis method”.

Participation in the seminar has allowed to promote technology „Demonstration installation of thermal utilization of sewage sludge by pyirolysis””, and allows you to reach a wider group of auditors (professionals).
